We work with fruit from our home, in the lush, fertile terrain of the Indonesian archipelago where tropical fruit grows profusely, nurtured by intense sun and rain and the nourishment of rich, volcanic soil.
Our mango jam is made with harumanis mangos, (meaning “fragrant and sweet”), the fragrance of this fruit is almost perfumed, with a hint of acidity, its texture smooth and rich, like butter. It’s delicious on a croissant or brioche.
Experience the real taste of pineapples grown on sun-drenched volcanic slopes in Indonesia in our pineapple jam. It’s a dazzling golden density of tartness, sweetness, and satisfying fleshiness. Slather onto toast, stir into Greek yoghurt, or pair with a mature cheddar.
Originally from South America, a ripe tamarillo is inherently sour, made intriguing by rich undertones of berry flavours. This jam is elegant and unusual, combining berry with passion fruit flavours. Tamarillo pairs exquisitely with stilton, try it instead of cranberry with roast turkey, and as an inspired alternative to apple or apricot with a pork dish.
