Orders for Delivery in Indonesia

Orders for delivery in Indonesia will usually be dispatched within 48 hours after we receive your order. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following week.
For orders in Indonesia, we use several different shipping companies and will always choose the service that best serves your delivery address and is as cost effective as possible. Currently in Indonesia, there are couriers that specialise in delivering to cities and suburbs, and other couriers that better serve regions outside the major cities.
Your package will require a signature on delivery. If you cannot be available to accept a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address or details of where your parcel safely be left.
Vegetable Deliveries in Bali
To order fresh vegetables please contact us on What’s App at +62 818 166460. We do not take online orders for vegetables. Deliveries are made directly by our staff in Bali.
Please place orders by 2pm on Monday and Thursday for delivery to Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu, Denpasar Barat on Tuesday and Friday. Please place orders by 2pm on Wednesday for delivery to Ubud on Thursday.
Online Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided by the shipping company. If you order is delayed, please let us know and we will contact the shipper on your behalf. Please contact us on +62 818 166 460 or [email protected] quoting your order and tracking number please.
We are proud of the quality of our products. In the unlikely situation that you are not happy with any of your products, please take a photograph and contact us with details of your complaint. We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives and please contact us within 14 days of the original delivery for a replacement or refund of the product.
After receiving your order, if you wish to return the products to us, please contact us on WA +62 818 166 460 or email [email protected] Products need to be returned to us within 10 days of original delivery. The products should be unopened and undamaged and the return shipping will be paid by the customer. On receipt of the products in their original condition, we will issue a credit note or provide a full refund.
For delivery to Singapore, Malaysia and all other worldwide destinations, we use Janio, TNT and FEDEX.
The cost of shipping is charged according to weight and the postcode in the destination country so even within the same country, there may be small variations in shipping cost. The rule of thumb is, the greater the volume of the order, the lower the cost per item of the shipping.
