We have blended Balinese passionfruit with pink guava to make a gorgeous fruity and fragrant jelly. The aroma of this preserve comes from ripe, pink guava that grows in Java, and the wild purple passionfruit that we find in the cooler highlands of Bali. The flavours of wild purple passion fruit are more intense than the passionfruit with a yellow/orange skin and more delicious!
Add to yoghurt or buttermilk pancakes for a tropical breakfast twist. Pair with a salty, hard cheese like pecorino, use as a glaze or reduction for roast meat.
