Our raw natural honey is harvested in Bali and Java. The geography of Indonesia creates unique conditions for Apis Mellifera bess to produce a remarkable range of honey. Our honey is entirely natural and unpateurised which means they contain health giving properties of bee pollen and propolis. Each season, the floral profile of our honey changes and may include coffee, rambutan, mango, eucalyptus, cashew, wild grasses and many more. Our tropical blossom honey is light and viscous, easy to pour, beautifully fragrant and delicious on pancakes, granola, or to sweeten tea.
