The Balinese tangerine (called “sumaga”) has a shiny green and orange rind and a distinct soft tangerine citrus flavour. The Balinese eat sumagas everyday and the fruit is also used in a delicious, subtle and refreshing tangerine juice that is made in roadside stalls and restaurants.

In our Balinese Tangerine Marmalade, you will discover sensational, subtle, bittersweet flavours. Contrast the gentle flavours with a robust, full bodied orange marmalade and you may agree that our Balinese tangerines have the quality of “lady marmalade”.

Excellent paired with a creamy brie, or use as filling in a buttercream and sponge cake for afternoon tea, or Chinese roast pork condiment.
