Mango is a well known and much loved tropical fruit. We make our mango jam with Harum Manis, the king of Indonesian mangos. We pick them when they big, golden and ripe for eating each October and November. Our mango jam is beautifully fruit with a light, treacly texture that calls out to be eaten with buttery pastries.

Our mango is made with the king of Indonesian mango, called Harum Manis.
The name Harum Manis means “fragrant and sweet”. The aroma of this fruit is almost perfumed, with a hint of acidity, its texture smooth and rich, like butter.
Harum Manis mangos are harvested at their sweetest and ripest each October and November. Slice into the rich, golden flesh of a green skinned Harum Manis and its nectar will be amber juicy and intensely fragrant, and its flesh, soft and velvety.
This is a fabulous breakfast jam. Serve on hot, buttery toast, or croissant. Stir it into creamy Greek yoghurt or dribble onto Fior di Latte gelato for a divine treat., or roast Peking duck!
